One of the chief complaints I here from new and small YouTubers is they don't know where to begin, they don't know how to start or who to listen to, and what advice is good advice.

It can be overwhelming and feel draining. I have been making content for over a decade and before I started working with creators I grew my own channel from 0-100,000 Subscribers in 3 years of taking it more seriously and after 800 uploads of tech and tutorial content and product reviews.

Then publish at least one video per week and focus on consistency, value, and early engagement.

Step 2: Post Your First 30 Quality Videos

Commit to creating 30 meaningful, structured videos to build skill, collect data, and understand what resonates.

This gives you clarity, improves quality, and eliminates guesswork.

Step 3: Reach 1,000 Subscribers + 4,000 Watch Hours

Focus on retention, click-through rate, and consistent uploads to qualify for the YouTube Partner Program.

Step 4: Build Your Content Flywheel

Develop 3–5 content pillars based on your niche and audience, and structure your channel with featured playlists.

Step 5: Build Your Revenue Flywheel

Start earning beyond AdSense by adding affiliate links, Amazon Influencer, Patreon/Memberships, and digital products or fan funding depending on your creator type.

Begin building an email list or newsletter to future-proof your income.
