The following Refund Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and guarantees are handled for all products and services offered by Create Awesome Media, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “our”) through Awesome Creator Academy (the “Site and related platforms”).
This Refund Policy is designed to work in harmony with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms of Use will govern.
1. General Refund Principles
We stand behind our products and services. Refunds are issued according to the specific terms listed below, based on the type of product or service purchased. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.

2. Digital Courses
All digital course purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee unless otherwise stated on the sales page. If you are not satisfied with your course, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will process a full refund—no questions asked.
To qualify, you must request the refund within 14 days of purchase and provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds requested after this period will not be granted.
3. Memberships and Subscriptions
You may cancel a monthly or annual membership at any time. If you cancel within 10 days of the most recent billing date, you may request a full refund for that billing period. Refunds will not be issued after this window.
All cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and access to membership materials will remain active until that time. Cancellations do not automatically issue refunds unless explicitly requested within the refund window.
4. Private Coaching, Workshops, and Consulting Services
Due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of our coaching and consulting services, all sales are considered final once sessions or materials have been delivered or scheduled. However, we understand that circumstances can change.
Refunds for coaching or workshop fees are handled at the Company’s discretion. We may approve a full or partial refund if services have not yet been rendered. Requests should be made in writing to [email protected] prior to the first session or event date.
5. Digital Download Products
All digital downloads (templates, toolkits, starter kits, and similar products) are non-refundable due to the instant and irrevocable access to the content. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
We may, at our discretion, issue refunds for duplicate purchases or technical access issues verified by our team.
6. Event Tickets and Live Programs
Event tickets, live programs, and workshops are subject to the cancellation terms provided at the time of registration. Unless otherwise stated, all ticket sales are final, but may be transferred to another attendee or credited toward a future event at the Company’s discretion.
7. Refund Requests and Processing

- Your full name and email address associated with the purchase.
- Order number or transaction ID.
- The product or service for which you are requesting a refund.
- The date of purchase.
Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases of proven technical failure, duplicate transactions, or verified accidental purchase. Each case will be reviewed individually.
